James D. Faughn has over ten years of financial
services experience. James D. Faughn has previously worked
at US Bank as a sales manager facilitating financial and real
estate loan transactions for customers of the bank. Mr. Faughn
has assisted clients in residential property transactions,
income property transactions and land transactions. Mr. Faughn
is also a landlord owning real estate rental property. He
completely understands the sales process; he is an expert
in problem solving for his clients, analyzing their needs,
and recognizes how to accomplish their goals.

Richard
O. Schroeder has worked at the Colorado Attorney General’s
Office. Mr. Schroeder operates his own law firm. He has been
representing clients in litigation and transactions involving
business and corporate matters, commercial matters or contracts
in real estate, as well as business planning, estate planning
and probate. Mr. Schroeder has represented businesses and individuals
including homeowners’ associations, homeowners, contractors
and individuals in real estate litigation and transactions.

has a 25-year Marketing and Sales background in the telecommunications
and real estate field. He recently worked for a real estate
developer directing and managing sales and marketing programs
for 11 new condo and condo conversion projects around the Denver
area. Bob has been a six-year volunteer member of the Highlands
Ranch Architectural Committee. He’s a former Director
of the American Cancer Society of Ohio. Bob has been a resident
of the Denver area since 1988. His wife, Barbara is a Denver
native. Bob looks forward to assisting homebuyers with their
